Three proposals dedicated to those who love to immerse themselves in beautiful natural scenery on holiday
Interregional Park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello
Almost 5,000 hectares of extension, located between the provinces of Pesaro-Urbino and Rimini, on the borders with the homonymous Tuscan nature reserve that falls in the Municipality of Sestino (AR): 40 km from the Romagna coast is the Interregional Park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello. The most significant morphological element of the area, located in the heart of Montefeltro, is represented by the stark contrast between the limestone outcrops that form the main reliefs and those with a predominantly clayey component, which give rise to a gentle and hilly landscape rich in vegetation.
Marano natural park
The park extends along the basin of the Marano river, in the stretch of the municipal area of Coriano. Among black poplars, white willows and flowers of different species, there is a fauna that includes egrets, kingfisher, hoopoes, cuckoos, and several species of small and medium mammals, including squirrels, porcupines, foxes.
San Leo, Pennabilli, Verrucchio, Sant'agata Feltria, Santarcangelo di Romagna are just some of the beautiful villages included in Valmarecchia, although the most fascinating element of this area remains the immense natural heritage that grows around the Marecchia river and the long history that the area can boast. A truly rare mix of culture, hospitality and fascinating environmental scenarios, capable of conquering even the most demanding guests.
