Camping Rules - International Italia Camping Village

Art. 1 – CHECK-IN

Upon arrival, Customers must to submit a valid identity document for the registration. As receipt, you will be provided an identity pass, consisting in a personalized Club del Sole bracelet. The bracelet is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else. Please check that the people and equipment listen in the check-in documents correspond to the actual group members and vehicles.
The pass-bracelet allows guests to access and reside at International Italia Camping Village; it must be shown upon entering, and our staff may verify it on demand. A pass, allowing access to one car only, will be delivered at the Reception desk. By law, Customers arriving/departing must notify the receptions staff by submitting and/or collecting they bracelet and car passes, in order to carry out the required registration. Exits that have not been notified within 24 hours are deemed non valid and will be charged.
Mobile homes are available from 5.00 p.m., pitches are available from 12.00 a.m. on the day of arrival.
Overnight in pitch is allowed only with a camper, caravan or tent. Sleeping on the pitches with not equipped vehicles or cars is not allowed.
The Management has the right to refuse unwanted or overbooked guests, at its sole discretion.

Art. 2 – DAILY GUESTS

Daily visitors can enter on foot, from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., after submitting an identity document at the reception, as well as paying the “daily visitor” ticket. Should anyone be found on the premises with no authorization, they may be charged with Unlawful Entry as per art. 614 of the Italian Codice Penale (Criminal Law Code).

Art. 3 – PITCH NUMBER REGISTRATION

Pitches are assigned by the staff in charge. You are kindly requested to arrange your equipment in the defined areas, and to keep the entrance side towards the street. Cars must always be parked inside the pitch’s limits. Any pitch change must always be approved by the Management.

Art. 4 – VEHICLES

Cars, motorbikes and scooters cannot circulate inside the campsite, to guarantee tranquility and safety for all guests. When this cannot be avoided, you are kindly requested to keep a 10 km/h speed limit. Circulation is forbidden from 00.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m.
All cars inside the Campsite, as well as those in the external parking lot, must show the badge given at the reception. Cars without such badge will be removed.

Art. 5 – MINORS

Guests younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents, and will be accommodated with them, or with any person having legal parental charge. Parents or legal tutors are also responsible for the observation and respect of all campsite rules. Adults must be vigilant so that their children do not disturb other guests. Moreover, the youngest children must always be accompanied by an adult when using the toilets. For minors without their parents/tutors, the adult(s) accompanying them must bring a waiver letter and a copy of the parents’ identity document. In the case of stays booked by a group of friends, at least one of the group members must be of legal age, preferably one per Mobilhome/pitch. The campsite Management fully disclaims all responsability.

Art. 6 – QUIET HOURS

From 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and from 00.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m., any noise that may disturb the other guests is forbidden. Consequently, in order to respect all guests’ right to sleep, it is forbidden to pitch or disassemble tents or structures, or to play excessively loud radio or TV. Yelling, screaming and noisy playing are also forbidden. International Italia Camping Village’s Management reserves – at its entire discretion – the right to immediately expel any Customer who disturbs the other guests’ tranquility or doesn’t respect the rules.

Art. 7 – RECYCLING

A waste collection area is available to separate and collect paper, glass and plastic. Customers are requested to use them correctly.

Art. 8 – GREEN AREAS

All of the following activities area strictly forbidden: damaging plants and flowers and/or threading on flower beds; digging holes or fissures, anchoring tarpaulins (or any other structure with ropes or cords of any type) directly to the trees. Guests are not allowed to modify the soil state. Guests are not permitted to pour any boiling or salty liquids on the ground. The use of barbecue is allowed only in the specific areas, observing the necessary security regulations.

Art. 9 – MAIL

To collect your mail, ask the reception. Mail must be personally collected by the receiver. After seven days, all uncollected mail will be sent back.

Art. 10 – SAFE-KEEPING OF VALUABLES AND LOST OBJECTS

Customers who find any lost objects, on the beach or inside the Campsite, are kindly requested to bring them to Reception. We strongly advise on paying attention to all personal belongings and adopting all necessary precautions. Money and jewelry are not to be left inside tents, caravans and Mobile Homes.
The Management disclaims any responsibility for any loss or theft of goods that have not been submitted for direct custody.

Art. 11 – CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Sinks and washbasins must be used in compliance with the instructions. Washing clothes and dishes is allowed only in the designed areas. Chemical WC must be emptied into the specific draining points located in the toilets. It is strictly forbidden to pour any liquid into street manholes. It is strictly forbidden to throw litter, cigarette butts and chewing-gums to the floor. The Management reserves the right to carry out maintenance and technical checks inside the Mobile Homes, also in the absence of a Guest.

Art. 12 – ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY

Pitches are supplied with 6 Ampere electric power: this value is based on the consumption of low-absorption devices. The power connection will only be supplied to guests whose cable and plug comply with EEC norms. Mobile Homes are supplied with 10 Ampere.

Art. 13 – USE OF COMMON FACILITIES

Shared facilities such as swimming pool, playground, and beach-volley field are used at one’s own risk. Regulations concerning the activities above are reported on specific notices posted on the access. It is not permitted to play football, bowls, beach volley or other sports outside the designed areas.

Art. 14 – PETS

Pets are allowed at the Management’s discretion. Cats and dogs must be vaccinated and have appropriate medical records to be submitted to the Reception during the check-in. The presence of pets must be notified in the booking phase (for Mobile Homes and Pitches both).
Maximum 2 pets per structure are allowed.
Pets are not allowed in the toilet blocks and on the playground.
It is forbidden to wash pets inside the toilet bloc’s showers. Please use the available pet showers.
Dogs must be on a leash and it is suggested to take a muzzle with you.
Pet owners are obliged to pick up their pets’ excrements, using a scooper or the bags found in the Dog Toilets in the Campsite.
Owners are fully responsible for any damage their pet may cause to third parties. Dangerous or aggressive dogs are subject to previous acceptance by the Management.

Art. 15 – DEPARTURES

Mobile Homes must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. – Pitches must be vacated by 12.00 a.m. Upon departing, please leave your accommodation or pitch tidy.
Tour Operator Guests, who have already paid their stay, must checkout and ask for a final receipt with zero amount the day before leaving.

Art. 16 – COUNTER

Counter Hours: 8.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. / 3.00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m.
Payments are accepted in the form of cash (max € 1999,99) or Credit Card (VISA, CartaSì, MasterCard, Eurocard).

ENTERING THE PREMISES IMPLIES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES.
ALL STAFF OF INTERNATIONAL ITALIA CAMPING VILLAGE WILL OVERSEE THAT THE RULES ARE RESPECTED AND MAY REPORT TO THE MANAGEMENT ANY INFRACTION.
